Clinton Jones

Clinton (Clint) Jones is a senior human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise‑scale workforces through complex organizational change in highly regulated environments. As Director of Human Resources at TBI Federal, he provides strategic HR leadership that aligns workforce strategy, compliance, and operational readiness with federal mission requirements.

Clint brings deep expertise in leading large, distributed employee populations, most notably during his 16‑year tenure with Navicent Health, a major hospital system operating under strict healthcare regulatory and compliance frameworks. Advancing through multiple senior HR roles, he served as Chief People Officer, where he led a 28‑member HR organization supporting more than 6,000 employees across a complex healthcare enterprise. In this role, he held executive accountability for workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance oversight in a highly regulated industry.

A defining aspect of Clint’s leadership career is his role as a change leader during periods of operational disruption. As Chief People Officer, he planned and coordinated the health system’s enterprise human capital response to the COVID‑19 pandemic—an effort that required rapid policy development, regulatory alignment, and execution at scale. His leadership included implementing workforce testing protocols and coordinating temporary housing solutions to support employee quarantine needs, ensuring workforce continuity and compliance during a period of heightened regulatory scrutiny and organizational risk.

More recently, Clint served as HR Director for GovStrive, LLC, an HR business and technology firm and federal contractor. In this role, he supported federal agencies and departments by delivering HR leadership and solutions designed to strengthen workforce effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and support scalable operations within government contracting environments.

Clint holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Georgia Southern University.
