Mona McLendon

Mona McLendon serves as the corporate Controller,  a senior financial leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. In this role, Mona ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial practices in alignment with federal regulations, government contracting standards, and industry best practices.

With a strong command of financial management in a government services environment, she manages the full accounting lifecycle, including general ledger oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

Mona plays a critical role in maintaining compliance and supporting contract cost accounting standards, ensuring that the company meets all regulatory and contractual obligations. In the Comptroller role, she provides strategic financial insights to executive leadership, helping guide decision-making through detailed analysis of financial performance, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.

Mona also leads the development and implementation of internal controls and financial policies that strengthen operational efficiency and accountability across the organization. Her leadership fosters a culture of fiscal responsibility, continuous improvement, and adherence to ethical standards.
